What started in January 2009 as a simple podcast recorded in the loft of my home has turned into a live Sunday broadcast with a home of it's own at Griffin's Grill. Since that first show we have contaminated the Internet with 178 hours, 34 minutes and 34 seconds of thoughts and ramblings about D.C. area sports. We've enjoyed every minute and appreciate all the emails, comments, and feedback we get on a weekly basis.
