The D.C. Sports Guys will be taking a breather this week. The loss to Ghana was just too much for Big J, who pleaded to us with tears in his eyes that emotionally there is no way he could put himself together in such a short period of time.
As you can probably tell from the following photograph the loss has plastered a permanent look of shock and bewilderment on the big man's face. His right eye hasn't blinked in days while he continually mutters "I can't find the United States defense anywhere."

We will be doing everything in our power nurse the big guy out of this soccer induced depression and get him back to his old self by the first week in July.
