What started in January 2009 as a simple podcast recorded in the loft of my home has turned into a live Sunday broadcast with a home of it's own at Griffin's Grill. Since that first show we have contaminated the Internet with 178 hours, 34 minutes and 34 seconds of thoughts and ramblings about D.C. area sports. We've enjoyed every minute and appreciate all the emails, comments, and feedback we get on a weekly basis.
Keep telling us what you think of the show, what you would like to see from us in 2011 and of course your thoughts about anything going on in the world of sports by sending us an email, finding us on Facebook, hitting us up on Twitter or leaving a message on the Rant & Rave line at 202-642-2591.
We wish all of our followers Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!
Here's to the next 100 D.C. Sports Guys Shows!
